In addition to previous year’s workshops and group session themes, I’ve developed some more group sessions to address some the most common reasons that people come to me seeking Hypnotherapy that I feel can be effectively addressed in a small group setting. The sessions/workshops take place in the relaxing comfort of my lovely home in Carstairs, AB.
I limit the attendance of my workshops and group sessions to just a handful of people in order to replicate the one on one experience as best I can. Unlike traditional group therapy sessions, no one needs to share anything personal, in fact you don’t need to talk at all unless you have questions you are comfortable asking. A group session is an excellent way to experience the powerful benefits of Hypnotherapy prior to making the investment of one on one sessions as well as an effective way to utilize Hypnotherapy in making powerful, positive changes in your life. All Workshops and Group sessions run approximately 2 hours.
The fee for workshops and group sessions is just $50.00 per person, pre-payment is required for registration.
Because sleep deprivation takes such a heavy toll, both physically and emotionally, it can increase your risk of depression, alcoholism, and other health problems. Hypnotherapy can help you regain control of your mind and sleep patterns. This session will train your brain to sleep when it’s time and to stay asleep for as long as you want to or need to.
Anxiety 2 Calm:
This workshop/group session will utilize Hypnotherapy, Sound Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Guided Meditation to help you control, reduce and even eliminate anxiety and anxiety related disorders. You should feel immediate relief and you’ll go home with new tools to help you live the happy, content life you were meant to live.
Procrastination is the avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished. It is the practice of doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, or carrying out less urgent tasks instead of more urgent ones, thus putting off impending tasks to a later time. Procrastination in large part reflects our perennial struggle with self-control as well as our inability to accurately predict how we’ll feel tomorrow, or the next day.
Procrastinators may say they perform better under pressure, but more often than not that’s their way of justifying putting things off. The bright side? It’s a lot easier to overcome procrastination with Hypnotherapy.
As a Certified Meditation Instructor I will teach you an amazing meditation “hack” to help make meditation easier and more effective. You’ll learn the positive impact meditation has on your physical brain and overall well being. This workshop will help you to make meditation a priority and give you a daily practice. I will guide you through two relaxing guided meditations in order to demonstrate this technique.
The second half of the workshop will be to teach you the skill of self-hypnosis. Self-hypnosis is a very powerful tool that will help you in any area of your life. This technique is used to improve sports performance, reduce stress, increase concentration and improve memory (just to name a few applications. Self-hypnosis quickly calms and quiets the mind and helps you to connect to your authentic self. During a self-hypnosis session you are connected completely to your subconscious and this can help you to make any changes you need in order to improve your life.
